Lysine: An important amino acid used for growth, muscle mass, nerves.

Methionine: DL-methionine is an essential amino acid. This means that it must be obtained throughthe diet in adequate quantities to meet the body’s needs. It is often the second most deficient essential amino acid in horse’s diets, after L-lysine, due to its inadequate levels in commonly-fed cereal grains and grass. Horses can only use amino acids if all essential amino acids are present at sufficient levels. Amino acids like DL-methionine are the building blocks of protein. Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth, transport nutrients, metabolism, immune, etc...!

Tryptophan: Is an essential amino acid required for growth. May also aid nervous horses - serotonin is made from Tryptophan and serotonin is the neurotransmitter in the horse's brain that helps your horse feel calm.

Creatine: Energy source for muscles.
